The software identified below is available under permissive open-source licences (MIT, BSD, or ISC), and the local map geometry is based on public-domain Natural Earth data. These materials may be used in a scientific website and related publication provided that the applicable licence notices and attributions are retained. AlphaFold DB data are available under CC BY 4.0 and require attribution. gnomAD aggregate frequencies are accessed through its public browser/API and remain subject to gnomAD’s current policies and citation requirements.
